An event every year that begins at 12:00 am on day 17 of June, repeating indefinitely
This World Day aims to educated the public about desertification in which the land in arid, semi-arid, and dry sub-humid areas occurs, especially as a result of human activities. It primarily occurs to drylands ecosystems that are extremely vulnerable to overexploitation and inappropriate land use. Land degradation neutrality is achievable through community involvement and co-operation!
