Frequently Asked Questions

Does my subscription automatically renew?

Yes. If you are on a monthly subscription, your plan will renew each month on the same day of the month that you subscribed. For annual subscriptions, the plan will renew each year on the day of the year that you originally subscribed. Of course, you can cancel your subscription at any time if you do not want it to renew.

Your membership benefits (service options) are determined by the level you select within the “Membership Levels and Benefits” on this page above.

Membership Period

The monthly membership period is 31 days starting the day you join Carpe Global.
The annual membership period is one year (365 days) starting the day you join Carpe Global.

Monthly and Annual Renewal
At the end of your membership period, your membership will renew automatically. If you are an annual member, you will receive an email alert one month before that time allowing you to confirm or cancel your ongoing subscription.

Cancellation and Refund
If for some highly unlikely reason you are not satisfied with your access to the global goldmine, you may cancel your membership and we will refund your fee as follows:

Cancel within one week of joining, full refund for monthly or annual membership;
Cancel within one month of annual membership, 50% refund.
