Xinyu has a strong background in intercultural communication, project management, and cultural diplomacy. She has contributed to impactful initiatives within international organizations, cultural institutions, and student-led associations. She has played a key role in fostering cross-cultural exchange, organizing diplomatic dialogues, and curating events that promote global understanding. Additionally, she has conducted research on cultural preservation, mobility justice, and media representation, collaborating with institutions across Europe and Asia. Xinyu is currently a Partnership Intern, where she focuses on building meaningful collaborations and strengthening stakeholder engagement. She is pursuing a degree in Global Arts, Culture, and Politics at the University of Amsterdam.
